Guest guest
This is the DDI hair test of my 4 yo (at the end of this month) niece (the dd of dh's sister). She was born in Mexico, and lived there until April 2005. She was sick a lot between the ages of 1 and 2 and was on antibiotics often. Upon being granted a visa to enter this country, she was given a slew of vaccines. She is prone to tantrums and meltdowns, and is significantly speech delayed. She is very difficult to understand and no doubt this contributes to her meltdowns. She complains her stomach hurts off and on. In the last year she has experienced several unexplained fainting episodes. A subsequent trip to the ER and MD turned up nada. She doesn't have any " official " dx. We would like to convince the ILs to do a trial of chelation, and start her on supplements, probiotics and HNI enzymes. The parents are skeptical, don't speak English, have a lot of faith in MDs, but also know something is not right with their kid. Input welcome and appreciated. Thanks in advance. in Illinois, chelating adult, and chelating 2 NT kids, round 47 POTENTIALLY TOXIC ELEMENTS element result ref range color ============================================= aluminum 10 <8.0 yellow antimony 0.082 <0.066 yellow arsenic 0.082 <0.080 yellow beryllium <0.01 <0.020 no line bismuth 0.13 <0.13 green cadmium 0.36 <0.10 yellow lead 0.98 <1.0 green mercury 0.04 <0.40 green platinum <0.003 <0.005 no line thallium <0.001 <0.010 no line thorium <0.001 <0.005 no line uranium 0.015 <0.060 green nickel 0.20 <0.40 green silver 0.04 <0.20 green tin 0.70 <0.30 yellow titanium 0.45 <1.0 green ESSENTIAL AND OTHER ELEMENTS element result ref range color under/over 50% ============================================================ Calcium 381 140-500 green over Magnesium 37 15-45 green over Sodium 130 12-90 yellow over Potassium 330 9-60 red over Copper 10 10-22 green under Zinc 98 100-190 green under Manganese 0.21 0.20-0.55 green under Chromium 0.31 0.26-0.50 green under Vanadium 0.034 0.030-0.10 green under Molybdenum 0.14 0.048-0.13 yellow over Boron 3.2 0.35-3.0 green over Iodine 2.4 0.25-1.3 yellow over Lithium 0.010 0.007-0.023 white dot in middle Phosphorus 141 160-250 yellow under Selenium 0.79 0.95-1.7 yellow under Strontium 0.70 0.19-2.0 white over Sulfur 44700 45500-53000 yellow under Barium 0.55 0.16-1.2 green over Cobalt 0.011 0.013-0.035 yellow under Iron 8.3 8.0-19 green under Germanium 0.028 0.045-0.065 yellow under Rubidium 0.30 0.012-0.16 yellow over Zirconium 0.86 0.030-1.0 green over Ca/Mg 10.3 4-30 Ca/P 2.7 1-12 Na/K 0.394 0.5-
