Nell,

Interesting about the metals in the gut. Does n ever complain

about stomach aches when chelating?

And, as far as the oxalate/vitamin C issue, I agree that I am not

willing to go on a diet that requires no vitamin C. I am trying to

mitigate the oxalate effects with VSL, K, calcium. Every now and

again we still get what I think is a big oxalate dump, i.e. grainy

poop. Did Megson say anything about doing an end run around the

oxalate issue?

He's complained about stomachaches off and on for years. It's a lot

better than it used to be, but he still has patches when it come back,

for no reason I can figure.

What K dosage are you using? I got a bottle from vrp but the warning

on it made me nervous. Is there an upper limit we need to watch out for?

She did not encourage me to do the diet -- she seemed to think the vit

C was causing the high oxalate marker and not to worry about it

otherwise. She's trying to get me to try GF though so maybe she

figures that's enough, lol.
