Guest guest
Nell, Interesting about the metals in the gut. Does n ever complain about stomach aches when chelating? And, as far as the oxalate/vitamin C issue, I agree that I am not willing to go on a diet that requires no vitamin C. I am trying to mitigate the oxalate effects with VSL, K, calcium. Every now and again we still get what I think is a big oxalate dump, i.e. grainy poop. Did Megson say anything about doing an end run around the oxalate issue? He's complained about stomachaches off and on for years. It's a lot better than it used to be, but he still has patches when it come back, for no reason I can figure. > And, as far as the oxalate/vitamin C issue, I agree that I am not > willing to go on a diet that requires no vitamin C. Is there an upper limit we need to watch out for? >Did Megson say anything about doing an end run around the > oxalate issue? She did not encourage me to do the diet -- she seemed to think the vit C was causing the high oxalate marker and not to worry about it otherwise. She's trying to get me to try GF though so maybe she figures that's enough, lol. Nell
