I'll add my 2cents...

I'm in the UK, and have had a rough time getiing my thyroid disorder treated

appropriatly, so, again, I taken things into my own hands. I have been using

Nutri-adrenal extra, for my adrenal support, and have been very happy with it.

It has really helped me get through my afternoon " slump " time. It's OTC, and if

you keep your eyes open - I got great deal off of e-bay once.

I'm taking Cortef and Isocort. You'd need to do testing and get a

script to go that route. But adrenal cortex extract is helpful too,

and OTC. I liked Adrenergize, sorry can't remember who makes it.

Sue,

I you need to get some help for yourself. I know when I was hyperthyroid,

I had a tendency to be a bit quick tempered, and moody. I still for sorry for

my son, having me for a mommy, before I knew why I was going crazy. This will

catch-up to you. I can suggest another group for you (like we all have time for

that!!!) They are also knowledgable about adrenal issues as well.

If I could help you more I would, but my body has settled in Hypo mode, so

we are at opposite ends right now. Again if you have time, the group above may

be able to help you find a way to get diagnosed and treated. Many times the

standard blood tests are not adequate. Please feel free to e-mail me off-list.
