Your dosages are fine, but if you're dividing capsules you don;t have to be precise to the tenth's place, IOW you could divide a 50 mg cap into 7 or 8 parts and that's close enough. DMPS only *has to be given every 8 hours. If you give it every 3 hours you'll have to cut the dosage further, so it might make sense to give it every other interval. If you give it every 3 hours > you'll have to cut the dosage further, so it might make sense to give > it every other interval. > > Nell > Nell, I am confused I thought I read in Moria's notes that the dosage was ALA and DMPS (combo) given twice as much as when used alone and use 1/2 the amount stated above which would be 1/8 to 1/2 per pound of body weight per dose, every 3-4 hours The way I am reading that is you can give the DMPS every 4 hours but if I am needing to give ALA every 3 hours it would be easier to dose the DmPS accordingly. I like the idea of every other interval but I have not idea about dosage. Do you use DMPS? If so what are the dosages? Thank you so much for your help!!
