My name is April and I have asked and read about Oxypowder. I belong to both groups. I have only heard good things regarding Oxypowder. My kid's doc who has two ASD boys uses it regularly. Guest guest
I swear by this product. My daughter is very constipated and this is the only thing that has worked. We have tried so many things but she seems to get used to them and then after a while they stop working but not Oxy-Powder. She takes 1 cap every morning and sometimes 2 but this we have been using for 2 years now with very good results! Guest guest
Does it help with hyperness? And, what about the taste for those having to mix with something to get kids to take? Where do you get it? Thanks. > > > > Someone in one of the groups I participate in said she had used > > Oxypowder and felt it was good product for cleaning gi tract of bad > > bacteria, etc. I can't remember which group. Hydrogen peroxide and ozone are both " oxygen related " and both of them can be used for " theraputic " purposes -- so they both fall under the category " oxygen therapy " . In other words, they are related. So far, so good. Now, I assume that oxypowder is claiming to release ozone in the GI tract. (I assume this because of the name -- there are several " knock off " products with names along these lines.) Forgive me if I happen to be wrong, it sounds like it. These products are " knock offs " of HOMOZON. According to all the people who write on ozone lists, and according to other ozone stuff I've read, HOMOZON is somehow " the only one " that REALLY releases ozone in the GI tract. They (supposedly) have some super-duper method of bonding something so that it actually does release ozone. (Ozone is an unstable gas and is very difficult to make into any sort of " product " .) Okay -- still with me?? -- I've used both HOMOZON and COLOSAN (a " knockoff " ) and cannot detect any difference. THERE MAY BE A DIFFERENCE, I'm not saying I know. I'm saying I don't DETECT any difference. Both of these will clean you out big time. Start with a SMALL dose, and work up SLOWLY. Expect to get " the runs " (depending on dose). good wishes, Moria http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ Mercury Detox: Information, Tools, and Resources

Halted my colitis attack in its tracks and combined with Kirkman Sacc Boulardii is dealing with my yeast more effectively than anythign else I've tried whilst still allowing me to function - if I am quite close to a loo of course Mandi in Uk

Guest guest
The concept of how products like Oxypowder are supposed to work appeals to me. I think concept is based on fact that probiotics emit hydrogen peroxide in your gut. This protects them from bad bacteria and yeast but don't have enough if numbers of them have dwindled. If probiotics produces hydrogen peroxide as it is said and I have heard this from also recently from my doctor (but not discussing oxypowder), then beneficial bacteria apparently are not harmed by hydrogen peroxide but other fungus and yeasts are, so makes sense it may help kill bad funguses while not killing beneficial probiotic bacteria. However I still wondered what others experience was. I bought a bottle so will give it a try. It says to take it at night. Is that how others are using it? > > >>>I think it did a great job on the yeast with me Marvellous stuff, I'm > sold on it > > Mandi in UK

Guest guest
Mandi, Thanks for feedback. Okay, perhaps I should try it some more and see if loose bowels go away eventually. It seems that soooo many things I try for yeast give me side affects and I think that means I can't take them but others have suggested this before, that perhaps it is die off and if I tried a little longer perhaps effect will go away, so maybe I will try that. I was a little discouraged since frequently I am dehydrated so diahrea isn't a good thing for me. Thanks > > >>>Your very loose stools could have been die off - happenbed to me first > time but since then I take more and don;t have this issue.
