Guest guest
Is this for you or your child? Just my opinion but in using this on my son............ can you say AGGRESSION ????? Guest guest
A while ago I bought a TTFD cream that also had ALA to give my son as a chelator (the ALA part). It is a popular substance among DAN!. I only wanted to have a non-prescription TD ALA. I gave him a round of this cream on a 3 every 3 hours 3 day schedule. My son got higly violent on it. He was almost 4 and a very " good " mellow child. Well, on the round he slamed my bedroom door so hard that a few pictures that where hanging on the wall fell and the glass broke! He was getting violently mad. Then I came here and run a search and I found some very disturbing information. The TTFD is a syntethic vit B which is higly toxic. Needless to say I never used it again. You can find more infoin the archives, go to the home page and click on the onibasu link. Good luck > > I am preparing to use the TTFD (Allithiamine) Cream, (dosage - apply 1ml > topically every day). I would appreciate any comments and cautions about > using this drug. Guest guest
Austique isn't the same as TTFD cream. Austique contains TTFD and many other ingredients, including methyl B12 which, alone, drives my son nuts. My son was able to tolerate TTFD far, far better than Austique. Guest guest
Hi Lillian, the cream is for me. I have an autistic grandson and if possible, I try the drugs/ supplements before recommending them to his parents. I also found that some of the drugs and supplements for autistic children have been a tremendous help for me because of my severe gut problems! Sorry to hear that the TTFD has a negative effect on your son. Could it be the aggression is just a temporary initial side effect? Will let you know how TTFD affects me, and my grandson if he takes it. Best wishes, Sam.
