Guest guest
To all, I have been following a number of people over the past 3 years. I just wanted to share that some of the MS'rs have such a mild improvement in symptoms that they don't even notice. But when I go back to their original messages (some as old as 3 years) and go over where they were and where they are now, they are surprised. Of course you can't always put your finger on it being LDN, but when you look at how they were progressing with MS on the crab drugs or pre LDN it is definitely more positive. So, it is possible that it takes a long while for many to get results and they might be so mild that they don't even notice. I can't stress enough how helpful it is to have a journal when you start your LDN experience. My husbands story was so different than my perspective of what I saw him go through. Thank god I kept a journal every morning when he was first diagnosed and throughout his beginning of taking LDN. I would ask him the same questions every morning and write them down. So when I went over the notes with him he had to conceed that what I saw and reported was correct. I think it was such a devistating experience for him, that he just did not want to remember how bad things were. He has been on LDN now for over 3 years. He is doing fantastic. He was a quick responder and got back 95% of his pre-MS state. The only reminder for him that he even has MS, is occational numbness in his palms.
