Guest guest
We have recently added mb12 and are slowing working up to the desired dose of 1000 mcg a day. We are using an oral liquid sublingual product. Over the past week or so, he has become very oral. Everything is going in his mouth and he wants to chew on it. Also, he is digging in his pants a lot and is ripping his diaper to pieces. I'm trying to determine if this is a side effect of the MB12 or if I've got something else going on. Thanks for any insight! P.S. We are giving the MB12 with folonic acid in the morning at breakfast

Oral behaviors and digging in pants both meant yeast overgrowth for my kids, and mB12 [and also folic acid] did increase yeast for them. Guest guest
M12 caused horrible yeast for my dd. > We have recently added mb12 and are slowing working up to the desired > dose of 1000 mcg a day. Guest guest
We recently began b12 shots, the fifth one was administered last night and we are giving them every 3 days. (Dr N's protocol, I think) We have seen nothing but very positive results. I see from other replies that b12 can increase yeast, is this true for the shots also? Is ensuring I'm administering his probiotics enough to help? We recently tried a coconut creme product that I bought from a nutritionist, coconut is supposedly anti-yeast and anti-viral, I think. Anyways, my son likes it and eats it willingly, FYI. I don't even know what the signs of yeast are to look for. shel4336 <shel4336@...> wrote: We have recently added mb12 and are slowing working up to the desired dose of 1000 mcg a day. Guest guest
For many kids, it is waking up in the middle of the night (usually around 4:00) and laughing hysterically. I kid you not. Other signs are digging in the pants, rings around the anus, and white tongues. (Sorry, so graphic.) For my son, it is scripting. Is ensuring I'm administering his probiotics enough to help? Shots can also increase yeast. Sometimes, probiotics is sufficient. Other times not. > I don't even know what the signs of yeast are to look for. Info here http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Dana
Guest guest
> Thanks to you all i finally administered MB12 shots on monday 12th and thu 15th.My son is occasionally stimming and i expected that after reading about it but otherwise he is not hyper.Rather he is very tired and sleepy at 4pm.He is not falling asleep for a hour after we hit bed and waking earlier than usual. He is very emotional and cries to say no to anything i ask. Before he would be irritable and yell no.now he does both angry crying no. I would start by increasing the yeast protocol. Some of what you wrote, meant yeast overgrowth here. You also might want to adjust the timing of the shots. At first, mB12 caused sleepiness here, and it messed up our sleep cycles. So I had to time it right. Dana
