why chelate?

why should i remove mercury from my son? i think that this is a fair

question. let me explain. my son has autism and for the last three

years i have succesfully recovered him in so many ways but the two

obvious areas i still have work on are his auditory processing and

his fixation with limited interest. right now its photos, ages,

length of hair, and holiday decorations...but it does change...a few

months ago it was highways and highways signs. most of the questions

he asks are centered around these limited interest but otherwise his

progress is going great.

we chelated him religously for six months, the first three were

buttar proto and the next three were cutler proto and in the last

three months weve been slacking while still on the cutler proto.

after three months of buttars proto we did a hair test and saw no

pull whatsoever. im getting ready to do another hair test but the

thing im wondering is this (and this is the big question) what

symptoms does chelation claim to help improve? would it help someone

with aspergers overcome their symptoms? would it help someone with

auditory processing disorders help to overcome their symptoms? i

think this is a valid question because its just too vague to say

chelation overcomes autistic symptoms.

i honestly feel that i have not seen any gains with chelation. but i

feel i might if i keep at it. but the question does become 'is

chelation right for MY kid?'. if anyone has any insight into this it

would be appreciated. to see video footage of my son click on this

link. his speech has improved drastically since this video but with

these two videos you can see his strength and weakness. thanks! phil
