He puts his supps down a large straw (http://tinyurl.com/ozp36) and sucks them up with liquid. He can take most anything in a capsule and many softgels this way. Guest guest Posted July 22, 2006 Report Share Posted July 22, 2006 Another trick is to know that with capsules if you take it and drink some water then tilt your head forward it floats making it easier to swallow, whereas with tablets you want to tilt your head back so the water washes it back/down.
