If you're using these to practice swallowing, tell him to tip his head *down before trying to swallow, because that will make the capsules will float in the right direction. > > Also, the bottle says 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. School schedules make it hard, but I used to give it the second he woke up (and give breakfast at the last second befre leaving for school), when he got home from school, and at bedtime. Definitely takes some planning and trouble, but was totally worth it. You could consider waiting until school vacation if that would be easier. Then you'd know going forward if it's worth the trouble. Nell
Guest guest
We are only able to use a sprinkle due to viral die-off increasing yeast. Some people can tolerate and need much much more. This product is very effective with treating viruses. I recommend reading about the stair-step pattern on Defelice's web site. http://www.enzymestuff.com/ For viruses I suggest vit c to the point of loose stools and than back down a little bit. We give vit c four times daily. ViraStop tastes nasty but is well worth it. Try honey or peanut butter. My daughter is a tropper. I just put it in pear sauce or applesauce. Really try to get it in on an empty stomach. Melinda > > I bought Virastop for my 7yo 60lb, who is having a lot of problems in > school with behavior and attention. I tasted it and it's not good. Here are ideas on how to teach him to swallow capsules http://www.danasview.net/capsules.htm Other mixing ideas http://www.enzymestuff.com/discussionmixing.htm > Also, the bottle says 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. Just try to give it as far away from food as possible. > What dosage should I try? Start with one capsule per day, see how things go. Watch for yeast overgrowth.
