Hi ,

yes, be careful, and don't take any chanses, if you get worse, then hurry to

your physician. I have Crohn's myself, and I am so glad that you feel better

on LDN, and if you later on take a look at your nutrition, there are some

few things to do: strictly avoid wheat, milk, sugar and soy.

LDN works really well on me, I am in remission and feel super.

My Crohns wasn't too hard on me, got my dx in june, and it has been

quite calm during the years. But it has anyway done a lot of damage.

So my gastro is still waiting for a message from me to do this big, open abdominal surgery,

but I have to get more ill, he says.

Take care,

with all the best from

Ingrid

[low dose naltrexone] Re: rapid heartbeat or heart palpitations...normal?I e-mailed Dr. earlier today and she replied within a few minutes. She informed me that cardiac symptoms are NOT a side effect of LDN, but she will be glad to do an EKG when I see her on the 11th. She said that if it gets worse, to go see my family doc before then (I have to drive 4.5 hours each way when I see Dr. ). MY SED rate and C-Reactive Protein are both still elevated but my white cell count is down from 6 point something to 3 point something. I've been feeling pretty decent, still very tired though. I'll DEFENITELY be on the LDN

beginning in February after my second colonoscopy. I can't wait to see the comparative results from my first one. I'll let you guys know!
