Guest guest
For those with MS and tummy problems taking Maxolon (In Australia called Maxolon and in USA I think Reglen?) When I started on LDN the bladder urgency eased off, thought yippeeeee. I have been having problems with supposed gastric reflux for years and the medics don't seem to listen. I felt it was more due a muscle problem, food staying in the stomach too long, muscles not working correctly. GP gave me a script for Maxolon well guess what the bladder urgency came back twofold. Its as bad as when I was in a flare. After researching Maxolon I find that it CAN cause bladder urgency. I'm staying on the LDN and will cut down the dosage of the Maxolon and will talk to my doc who gave me the script for LDN, I trust him more than any other GP or Neuro. I'm going to increase my LDN from 1.5 to 3mg tomorrow night. Just thought for anyone with MS and tummy problems this post would help if you are on LDN and like me thought the LDN was not working. I have seen a lot say that LDN helped bladder urgency and really was pleased when it helped with the bladder issues, then I did think hmmm its stopped working. Sitting back and thinking about it the urgency did come back on after starting Maxolon, didn't take it for a day, tummy problems were back but the bladder urgency eased off. Did this several times so I know it is the Maxolon. Sal MS LDN 1.5mg
