Hi a,

LDN has been shown to help neuroblastoma, so it may very well be of help in

treating acoustic neuroma.

You can find a list of LDN-compatible pain killers at

dudley i believe an acoustic neuroma is a benign tumor  of the cranial nervei used to work at mass eye and ear with the doc that invented the surgerysomeone mentioned radiation- its got to come out or even tho its benign can do a lot of damage if it growscyndiOn Dec 30, 2007, at 3:09 AM, Dudley Delany wrote:Hi a,LDN has been shown to help neuroblastoma, so it may very well be of help in treating acoustic neuroma. You can find a list of LDN-compatible pain killers athttp://tinyurl.com/2p57xvWith best wishes for the New Year,Dudley Delanydudley_delany [low dose naltrexone] acoustic neuromaMy sister has a friend with acoustic neuroma. Unless an acoustic neuroma is caused by an immune response I wouldn't

think LDN would be helpful. --??-- That's the question I think needs

to be answered.

A friend of ours just had surgery for his acoustic neuroma at

Southwestern in Dallas. It was considered a successful surgery --- no

facial paralysis, although I'm not sure about his hearing in that ear

anymore(?) There is always a chance that these neuromas can grow back.

I was wondering about recommending LDN just for THAT reason --??--

but didn't know the answer about it being caused by an immune response.

Here are some websites with information. Many people have benefitted

from the Budwig protocol, which helps with many degenerative diseases

by rebuilding the cells in the body with good nutrition, combined with

the healing rays of the sun, see the flaxseedoil2 group. Some people

report LDN has slowed or stopped tumor growth. Beck-n-stuff deals with

the Beck protocol of silver, ozone, magnetic pulser and bioelectric

zappers. The alternative site rates some herbal treatments. Many

people have arrested cancer with Essiac tea, including my aunt.

Proteolytic enzymes like Serrapeptase, Serrazimes, Nattozimes,

Wobenzymes, Bromelain in Pineapples, Papain in Papaya and Papaya leaf

tea, can allegedly dissolve fibrin that masks cancer cells from the

immune system, and prevent metastases.
