Jan,

I have not used HC or Armour for my adrenals/thyroid. I use

mainly ashwagandha, as well as some licorice and ginseng.

Ashwagandha is really great for me, and it supports the thyroid

as well. It also supports immune function, which I needed (but

may cause problems if you have autoimmune issues).

My impression is you have to read up on these and try them to

see what works for you. Some people find ashwagandha too

stimulating, but it works great for me. Licorice can worsen MCS

symptoms. Some people benefit most from HC, but I just can't

tolerate steroids even in low doses.

I take lots of B5 and C, and Biotics ADHS to help my adrenal

function. And I get acupuncture treatments which have greatly

improved my overall hormonal situation.

Dang it. So ashwagandha wouldn't be good for Hashimoto's thyroid

problems? I just ordered some.
