I've got no opinion but it looks like we're kind of in the same boat,

gut-wise. Testing looks OK but still a very picky eater and also in a

blah phase.

We're embarking on LOD/ " Nourishing Traditions " , so also looking for

raw milk and culturing everything in the refrigerator.

Check in Va, Nell, but in Ohio it's illegal to sell raw milk, but some people

here have gotten around that by buying " parts " of a cow and then all get all the

raw milk they need.

That is just down right silly isn't it? It being illegal to sell raw

cows milk?!!! Gosh, they don't want us getting anything that's good

for us do they? I often think of the organic beef, chicken, produce

and other things and it just doesn't make sense either. They do less

to the meat and produce right? They don't have to put antibitics into

the cow and all that stuff so why does organic cost more? You would

think the " chemical " junk food out there would be more expensive?

It costs more to actually feed a cow rather than plump it with

synthetic hormones and man made feed. Unfortunately! And of course,

they have to actually keep the cow healthy and pay a vet, rather

than keep in on continuous antibiotics. And of course, growing

places for the cow to graze that is not chemically treated to get it

to grow, requires more work.

As far as the hubbub of raw milk, it is the unpasturized part that

scares the government, they are afraid we will all get ill and die!

However, it is completely healthy to inject ourselves with mercury!

I forgot to add that the government is big on silly! It is illegal

to purchase a mattress that is not sprayed with flame retardant.

They don't want you buying anything that might be good for you, make

you healthy..they keep trying to pass legislation to control vitamin

supplements because some of us might hurt ourselves taking them.

There are many of our rights being governed away under our very

noses and most Americans don't see it. Other things are governed to

profit someone else...like vaccinations, flame retardant regs,

fluoridation...the list goes on.

And they just arrested and prosecuted some poor farmer here for selling raw

milk. He sold milk to some " undercover " person. I rest much easier knowing how

protected I am from such illegality :-) Was front page news here to give you an

idea of how little happens where I live.

Big Pharma can't make money off of you if you are healthy.

I've always found it amusing that the food with the fewest

ingredients cost the most!

Now, like with organic apples, the demand is so high that the cost

is also going up.

*sigh*

Hello, Hope.

We began the GAPS nutritional programme about 3 months ago and it has been

nothing short of miraculous for our son (3.5 years) -- huge jump in eye contact,

dark circles disappeared - he is back on raw fermented dairy and many of his

former " IGG " foods as well.

www.gaps.me -- good luck!
