In looking at this information I think I may try quercetin for phase I- -none of the others seems feasible for our situation. As for speeding up phase II, it would seem that I am already doing all the right supps other than NAC and chromium, which I have had in my cupboard for some time but not used. Chromium was supposed to be going in his supps soon anyway for different reasons, so I was very happy to read this. Thanks again for your help :-) You're a star on this list!
