Guest guest
I recently received my son's labs back from the DAN dr. His blood levels for Lead was in the 97th percentile (yellow)at 0.127ug/g and arsenic (green) at ..006ug/g and Cadmium at (green) .0001. Copper was high and Zinc was low. ONLY ..0001 of mercury in the blood. I am guessing this means Mercury baby? In the urine the Aluminum, LEad, and Tungsten is in the yellow (elevated). Can anyone comment on these labs and the right thing to do? DSMA we will be starting in 3 weeks. Has anyone else had their child's results look like this? I guess I was expecting to see more mercury. 2 1/2 with PDD-NOS. Thanks, Jalene __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Jalene, My sons hair test looks like that. Almost no mercury and tons of lead and other metals. DMSA will take of the other metals. At some future date you may want to add ALA to get at the mercury that may be in his brain. Mercury only shows up high if the exposure was very recent, like in the past few days. Anything older has already settled in the cells and organs/brain. Mercury did not hardly show at all on any of us that we tested. Yet, in my daughters hair test it is obvious by the mineral derangement. Her blood was only 1 for mercury. My son's blood for lead is only 2, but tons of it is comming out of his hair. Please be sure to read up on Andy's protocol/dosing for the DMSA if you haven't already. We too are starting DMSA this weekend with ALA. My son is also PDD. Best wishes!! > > > I recently received my son's labs back from the DAN dr.
