Hi ,

This is what I'm looking for...it's all so confusing. If a child

needs 1500mg of Calcium/day, and I got the Extra strength Cal-Mag,

how much would he need throughout the day? Also, he gets Mag cream

when needed, does that matter? He already gets Lithium Orotate in

with his daily vits, so that's a good thing.

What about other Water Oz products. Have you tried zinc or is

there a complete mineral product that is also tasteless? Sorry for

all the questions, but my grandson doesn't live with me, and I am

trying to simplify things for my dd. She has 4 kidletts, 3 jobs (2

are PT home based and the FT one is nights so Dad can take over). I

know my gds is not taking everything in spite of their efforts. He

continues to recover and we are very excited, but at the same time,

worried about his minerals while chelating.

Which ones are tasteless and which are disgusting that you have

tried? This really helps me a lot. I think I will order some this

week, after all.

Thanks for your time and input!
