You know what, ? I don't know either. I did a search and you

can buy the bottles individually (they even have one that's " extra

strength " ...sounds like a cleaning product, huh?). Anyway, I could

not find a calcium content per tsp, so I don't know if I'm even

going to bother purchasing it. I'll try the New Beginnings and the

shakes and see what happens.

Anyone out there use Water Oz? If so, what do you think?
