Guest guest
Hi emiliano, tysabri blocks the t-helpercells, so they cant get in the brain and cause damages - theoretical. My Critik: T-Helpercells are neccesary for the immunereaction, that´s why tysabri are able to cause deadly sideeffects (in combination with INF Avonex) LDN should have an impact of the differentiation of these cells, to help them find out there normal work, help the immunesystem to understand " self " and " non-self " . The mode of action of Tysabri and LDN is opposite. Good luck for your decision ! thaddus
