Guest guest
Hi Larry, Really....isn't that interesting....I've ALWAYS eaten and craved chocolate (got my sweet tooth from my father) but I have noticed that since being on LDN, I've all but lost my appetite for chocolate......isn't that bizarre....for me it's a good thing as I ate way too much chocolate (daily), now I might eat a small bar once a month!! Now if only it would do the same thing for my smoking and trying to give up.....!!!! We just didn't know it was triggering MS attacks until I was DX'd in 2002 and realized 1998 was an MS attack and not total body numbness due to 'allergy' If someone has MS and CRAVES chocolate, that may be why they never get any better [low dose naltrexone] Off Topic - - chocolate cravings Hi , Welcome to the group! I have heard that chocolate cravings may indicate a magnesium deficiency. Most people don't get enough of this important mineral - are you getting enough on a daily basis? Hope you are feeling better. Alana
Guest guest
Kelli Craving chocolate can also suggest a Magnesium deficiency. See www.mgwater.com for starters on that critical mineral found in high amounts in dark chocolate, Mg. mjh Hi Larry,Really....isn't that interesting....I've ALWAYS eaten and craved chocolate(got my sweet tooth from my father) but I have noticed that since being onLDN, I've all but lost my appetite for chocolate......isn't thatbizarre....for me it's a good thing as I ate way too much chocolate (daily),now I might eat a small bar once a month!!Now if only it would do the same thing for my smoking and trying to giveup.....!!!!Kelli (Australia)See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter. Guest guest
How's this, if you crave it, and don't have an exacerbation, you were Mg deficient. If you get severe vertigo or other 'strange allergic reactions', it's BAD for you [low dose naltrexone] Re: Off Topic - - chocolate cr avings Kelli Craving chocolate can also suggest a Magnesium deficiency.
