Guest guest
I'm looking for some advice on which probiotics people would know for sure to be d-lactate free. I can't seem to get a response from any of the companies I've left messages with or I get the assurance that the probiotics are dairy free. Sigh. I'm confused and discouraged. I found an old post that said: " On a related note, those with D- Lactate issues should also avoid B. Lactis, B. Longum, L Bulgaricus, and L. Plantarum strains. Check your probiotics carefully! " Is this a complete list? Or can someone provide me with more information as to which strains/brands of probiotics I need to avoid. I already know about the CP blend, but I would like to use some others as well for money issues and health issues. Thanks for any help, Anita
