I need 5 people that have $5000 to invest in real estate., and get

back a guaranteed $25,000 plus what ever expense that you incur (

$20,000 guarantee profit ).

Must have good credit (700 + )

I am buying … fixer uppers in south florida…rehabbing them…then sell

them for a profit. The first $25,000 (plus your out of pocket

expense ) go to you, the rest is mine.

We will buy the property in your name, get loan from a hard money

lender to purchase the property in your name. The fix up money will

come from your credit cards. You can get a $5000credit card at

lowe's and also from … Home Depot.Totaling $10,000 …. If the fix up

cost is more.. you will use your credit card for the rest ..if over

$10,000 ( most are $ 10,000 to $15,000 ).

I will do all the work, all you do is invest $5000 up front, $1000

of this is for the Earnest money deposit. The other $4000 goes to

me. This is my money to do all the work. I do everything. I provide

the contractor and the handyman to do the work.

I supervise the work…make sure it is quality work.

Then when the work is complete, I will sell the property ( no

realtors- no paid out

Commmission ).

Time table: From the time you close on the property to the time we

get a signed Contract from our buyer..it will take only 6 to 8 weeks.

At the closing from our buyer, you will be paid all your expenses

and $25,000 and

The remaninder goes to me.

Then if you liked our deal….. We will do another one.
