Word Retrieval

I have taken my 5 year old PDD son off all supplements as a trial and

a break. I have done this in the past and noticed a lot of regression

and hyperactivity. This time, no change. He is doing very well.

He converses very well, but when it come to starting a conversation or

telling us something, he really has a hard time retrieving the word.

It is almost like stuttering but not quite. I have 2 thoughts....he

really hasn't been talking that long so he could need practice, or

there is a supplement I need to give him. I used to give him high

doses of B plus magnesium, should I try this again? I can't remember

if this helped, he has always struggled in this area.

Any thoughts or experienced would be appreciated.

Liz
