Tollerated

I have noticed that many posts that suggest a treatment will indicate

that treatment should be used if it is " tollerated. " Some will note

that their child did not " tollerate " something. Are we using this

word generally, or are their specific behaviors that often show

intolerance? I am sure my question could be worded better. I am just

wondering what I should be looking for.

Depends on the child. For my son, intolerance had various symptoms,

depending on the food or supplement. Increased stims, hyper, rashes,

diarrhea, spacy, etc, all commonly meant intolerance.

For my son, this means irritability and sleeplessness.
