Yeast Die Off After a Week

My son started diflucan ten days ago. We have not seen any dramatic

die off symptoms. However, a few days in his stemming started

steadily increasing. Then yesterday the stimming got dramatically

worse. He is also become foggy and pressure craving. This is like he

was before we started GFCF thre months ago. Every time I read about

die off, it is noted to have lasted two or three days. Has anyone had

experience with little change and them worsening of symptoms a week

into the antifungal? Is it possible that it took a week before the

die off began?
