Guest guest
, Yes, 6 on and then at least 6 off. Supplement the same whether or not you're chelating, altering things only if the situation seems to warrant (for example, extra zinc if your kid starts mouthing things or extra Vitamin C if your kid seems less energetic). The trend of not dosing minerals on OFF days seems to have started with Buttar and has somehow been warped by some into not supping anything at all, including vitamins on ON days. This is just stupid. I am chelating myself, a mildly toxic adult, and I certainly have some wiggle room when it comes to supplements because I'm not extremely toxic. But, even I can tell when I've not taken enough supplements during a chelation round. I will often get a headache or just start feeling crappy. I can only imagine how these sorts of hardships would manifest in truly toxic kids who cannot speak. I hope things are looking clearer now :-) Don't worry. Asking lots of questions now is the thing to do rather than making silly mistakes later. And soon, it will all become very familiar to you. Can you clear this us for me? thanks so much for your help.
