I just have 2 sample packets. I wanted to see if it would help him

before I paid $22.00. Wish I didn't have to worry about things like

that. You are supposed to give the whole packet at one time in hot or

boiling water. That won't work with , because you can taste it.

He will only drink water. No flavors. I am on the last little bit of

the last packet. I will give it to him in a minute. I can only hide

it in his food. And, it may be helping with the constipation. He just

went again. The packet says it supplies elemental magnesium, 307mg.

I am on the Trying Low Oxalates list but haven't really focused on it.

Guess now I better. Owens is on our tenative list of speakers

for our local autism group. Thanks for sharing.
