Xymogen Phosphaline: anyone using something like this?

Hi,

I just returned from my son's required annual visit with his DAN!

doctor (Usman). I was complaining about my son's lingering

receptive language delays and conversation skills and Dr. Usman

recommended phosphatidylcholine. I came home with Xymogen's

Phosphaline; a 100% pure concentrate/pharmaceutical grade

Phosphatidylcholine (gel cap with ethanol added; why?).

Any contraindications to using this supplement or this brand

specifically?

I'm supposed to use 1 900 mg softgel/day for my 45 lb son. He does

not generally require low/slow dose increases in new supplements,

but I'd be interested in knowing if this is one of those supps that

can cause problems if used full strength right off the bat (like

GSE, Candex, etc).

We've tried EFAs and mB12 (oral; shots out of the question due to

skeptical spouse), DMG/TMG in the past with initial boosts but no

resolution to the delay (about a 2 year delay in both

receptive/expressive). This is really our last hold-out in losing

the Autism diagnosis.

Thanks!

Pam
