Guest guest
How dare you accuse me of advertising for a company! I am a stay at home Mom! and if it weren't for my ASD, severely dev delayed child I would be practicing as a physician and not as a pharmaceutical representative! I was only trying to give a little back to this group since I've learned so much. For everyone else....another supplement that has worked really well for us along with the Ultrathione 500 is UniqueE vitamin E (a different company than the glutathione). You have to check out their website that explains that many vit E's are contaminated with veg/soy oils which makes them rancid even before they're digested. My daughter (36lbs) takes 800iu of the Unique E (2 capsules). I really think the combination (Ultrathione and Unique E) stopped the stimming. We do all the other supps too including SCD diet, homeopathy, MTP promoter II, HBOT, b-12 shots, but until we added this combo she was still stimming. She still shakes her head or flapps her arms when she gets really excited (e.g.at the circus). But on an average day, she doesn't stim. Guest guest
Okay y'all, let's be compassionate here! Gosh, we NEED each other! This is a hard, long, often lonely road (remember my son is 25) and misunderstandings here need to be quickly worked out. We're beat up enough by feeling isolated from the world! PEACE. Guest guest
One thing you can do to check to see if it appears that someone is marketing something is to go to onibasu and search for that person's email. If that person has no history on this list and the post sounds like an ad, it probably is. In Sheri's case, she does have a history and jumping to that conclusion was understandably hurtful. Guest guest
Thanks. I suppose in retrospect the " bottom feeder " comment doesn't sound as bad now as it did at 2 am when I read it. I guess we're all pretty vulnerable to " bottom feeders " . I've definitely done my share of useless but expensive " cures " for my daughter. Thanks Barb and Anne. Guest guest
personally, i dont see a problem with " advertising " a product. as long as it is done tastefully (not thrown down our throats). i see it as a mear mention of what helped one mom. there is actually another mother on another list whose child is having a problem with maintaining glutathione levels. will this product help? vicki S Sheibani <ssheibani@...> wrote: How dare you accuse me of advertising for a company! Guest guest
I apologize for the assault. I've just been in this game for quite awhile with my 13 yo non-verbal son and I've seen wonder supplements and so called autism breakthroughs come and go. I've seen kids litteraly lined up outside the so-called DAN doctors office waiting room for their secretin infusion. Now this doctor wont even see kids with autism. > > > > Has anyone used glutathione brand Ultrathione from Health > Maintanance > > Program. Guest guest
Thanks. I'm also sorry I initially took it personally. I think it had to do with reading it while already sleep deprived. I know where you're coming from. If we had saved the money we had spent on NAET, muscle testing, brain gym by proxy, etc. our metal HBOT chamber would have been free. I suppose I've always felt responsible for my daughter's iatrogenic injury and didn't want to be responsible for missing any " cures " . Take care.
