Here's the quote below on ingredients of the " Water of Life " from their web

site:

Ingredients: 84 Ionic Minerals in water purified through a five step

purification process. 4,000 parts per million. The exact amount of each mineral

varies from batch to batch. The following is a breakdown of the average

composition of the Water of Life (NOTE: In their metallic state, some of these

minerals would be toxic. In their ionic state, they are a natural non-toxic part

of every living organism.): Aluminum* 6 ppm (90 mcg/Tbl), Antimony 18 ppm (275

mcg/Tbl), Arsenic* 44 ppm (660 mcg/Tbl), Barium 57 ppm (855 mcg/Tbl), Beryllium

1 ppm (15 mcg/Tbl), Bismuth <2 ppm (<30 mcg/Tbl), Boron 7 ppm (105 mcg/Tbl),

Cadmium* <0.5 ppm (7.5 mcg/Tbl), Calcium 1500 ppm (22.5 mg/Tbl), Chloride 0.33

ppm (5 mcg/Tbl), Chromium 2.3 ppm (34 mcg/Tbl), Cobalt 1 ppm (15 mcg/Tbl),

Copper 12 ppm (183 mcg/Tbl), Gallium <10 ppm (<150 mcg/Tbl), Iodine 1 ppm (15

mcg/Tbl), Iron 25 ppm (375 mcg/Tbl), Lanthanum 2.3 ppm (34 mcg/Tbl), Lead* <2

ppm (<30 mcg/Tbl), Magnesium 1500 ppm (22.5 mg/Tbl), Manganese 339 ppm (5

mg/Tbl), Molybdenum 1.8 ppm (27 mcg/Tbl), Nickel 4.8 ppm (72 mcg/Tbl), Nitrogen

0.5 ppm (7.5 mcg/Tbl), Phosphorus 1.5 ppm (22 mcg/Tbl), Potassium 1.3 ppm (19

mcg/Tbl), Selenium 10 ppm (150 mcg/Tbl), Silicon 42 ppm (630 mcg/Tbl), Silver

<0.3 ppm (<4.5 mcg/Tbl), Sodium 2.5 ppm (37 mcg/Tbl), Strontium 623 ppm (9

mg/Tbl), Sulfur 3 ppm (45 mcg/Tbl), Terbium <2 ppm (<30 mcg/Tbl), Thallium <10

ppm (<150 mcg/Tbl), Tin <10 ppm (<150 mcg/Tbl), Titanium 0.4 ppm (6 mcg/Tbl),

Tungsten <10 ppm (>150 mcg/Tbl), Uranium* 25 ppm (375 mcg/Tbl), Vanadium 2.5 ppm

(37 mcg/Tbl), Zinc 30 ppm (450 mcg/Tbl), plus trace amounts of 45 other ionic

minerals.

I note at the end it says " plus trace amounts of 45 other ionic minerals " . It

would be nice to know what the other 45 minerals were, but needless to say we

quickly developed serious doubts and chucked all Water Oz products.

DMSA chelation?

We've used the Wateroz products for a couple of years now. I was very

resistant with the 'looks like water; must be water' snake oil

mentality. However, I like them immensely! They are easy to dose-

taste like water, can be put in almost anything as well as taken

plain.

http://www.kornax.com/Liquid_Calcium_Water.htm

will give you a mg idea. We have just used the recommended dosage for

adult[120#er], which is NOT based on the mg table but on their

recommendation of dosage i.e. usually 1/2 - 1 tsp. Currently just

using the Ca and Mg extra strength[you don't need as much volume with

it] and lithium. Some of them taste disgusting to me-supposedly a tip

that one's body does not need that particular mineral. A friend uses

the zinc routinely. It is the only form that seems to benefit her

child.

How can you tell if you should be taking magnesium sulfate or

magnesium chloride?
