Guest guest
Hi Missie, Magnesium Glycinate is the best absorbed form of magnesium, and easiest on the GI system. Sorry, I don't know what dosage would be best for you. Hope you are well, Alana > What dosage on the magnesium....I'm stiff too!
Guest guest
I started taking magnesium recently, hoping it would help my leg cramps, spasticity and stiffness. I researched quite a few brands and found Jigsaw Magnesium to be the best. It is time released and does not upset ones stomach. The company has emailed me a few times to see how I was doing which is not the norm. I would definitely recommend this brand. Guest guest
The trick with getting Magnesium into the cells where it counts instead of our your rear end is to take small doses three times a day. Liquid forms have been most successful for me. My doc prescribed 600 to 100 mg of Mg daily PLUS 1200 to 2400 mg of Malic acid/Mg malate. Malic acid can be tough on the tummy so take with food. It is much less expensivee than the Jigsaw brand listed below. http://www.iherb.com/Search.aspx?c=1 & kw=magnesium+malate Mg malate promotes cellular ATP in addition to suppling critical Mg. mjh Hi Steve,Not familiar with it, but it sounds good.Alana>> I started taking magnesium recently, hoping it would help my leg> cramps, spasticity and stiffness.
