Guest guest
Who did your hair test? A DDI hair test has become a really reliable way of detecting metal toxicity. You aren't actually looking for mercury with them though. You are looking for certain patterns in the test results. Mercury, especially in adults or those who's exposure is old, is really good at hiding and it will take time and chelation to get it out. Not seeing mercury isn't a sign it isn't there in a baseline hair test. Seven fillings are very likely giving you problems, getting them out safely will be very important. You really have to use a dentist that uses a safe protocol otherwise your symptoms are going to get worse. That is what happened to me. There are supplements that can help you in the meantime. I don't remember them all but they are talked about in Andy's book and there is a file called supplements for this group that has a good list. You can't chelate until all those filling are out though, you are guaranteed bad results if you do. I highly recommend using Cutler's method of chelation. I use it for my son and will be using it for me and my other son. It is safe and very effective. It also doesn't have to be expensive and doesn't require the help of a doctor. If you did a hair test you are welcome to post the results here. I think it is in the file section...instructions to make it easier to do. I found a blank test there, copied it into a message to post here. All I had to do then was fill in the blank test. Much easier than typing the entire thin as all the results are needed. The metals, vitamins and minerals as well as the under/over status and colors. Wishing good health in your future! zyansansom1974 <zyan@...> wrote: Hi What is the most accurate way of testing for mercury, i have had a hair analysis done but it only showed extremely high levels of calcium but no traces of mercury. Guest guest
Which lab did your hair test? Andy Cutler has developed counting rules for the DDI (Doctor's Data, Inc) hair test. Mercury generally doesn't show up as high for mercury toxic people, instead it causes disordered mineral transport (so the essential elements (calcium, potassium, sodium, etc.) are all out of whack. Did the test you have done include essentials or only potentially toxic elements? Guest guest
- Hi I did my test at trace elements it was a very thorough test of metals, vitamins, essentials ect..and the way they interact. The only real problem is the calcium level, i have been told to go on para pack, adrenal supports and potassium. -- In , " Shepard Salzer " <_Shepard@...> wrote: > > > Which lab did your hair test? Guest guest
I am not an expert on this stuff, but I am not sure the chlorella is a good idea. Hopefully someone else who knows more about this will chime in. Guest guest
One question I think of is how do you modulate the stuff? Guest guest
a mulitvit/mineral is a good idea. Maybe even a probiotic. You need to keep the bowels moving everday if not twice or more. I am unsure why the potassium. But I can tell you NO copper at all. See my other response to this post on the chlorella. Which I think is a personal choice. I use it for my non ASD mercury toxic child and have used it myself. Many adults I have talked to who have gone through amalgam removal used it without issues. Go by how you feel! > > > Hi > > > > > > What is the most accurate way of testing for mercury, i have had > a > > hair > > > analysis done but it only showed extremely high levels of > calcium > > but > > > no traces of mercury. Guest guest
>>anyone else have high levels of calcium? mine are of the > chart what did you do to treat it? If it is toxicity [my kids were calcium toxic], I used IP6, which is a demineralizer, to remove high calcium and high iron. If it is wasting, try increasing magnesium and vitamin D. Also, I have read messages where wasting was caused by high lead levels, so consider that also. Dana
Guest guest
http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/HOW_TO_hair_test.html http://www.noamalgam.com/hairtestbook.html We started with a DDI hair test, and then interpreted the test using Andy Cutler's book. in Illinois, chelating adult and chelating 2 NT kids
Guest guest
NYS does not allow hair testing, so you'll need to find some friend or relative who lives in another state and have the test kit and results sent to them. The test involves taking a small amount of 1 " of the most recent growth hair and sending it to the lab that does the test. They suggest taking hair from the nape of the neck. The test kit comes with an instruction card and a little paper scale so you know when you have enough. S S <p>New to group. Not familiar with testing for mercury. I tried to <br> search the group for info on where and what is done for testing but the <br> server kept timing out. Can you tell me where I can get my daugther <br> tested and what is involved? Guest guest
You need to apply the counting rules. Don't look at the mercury level in the hair test. TJ ________________________________ From: " breathofheaven@... My daughter's hair test came back showing no mercury and urine tests continue to show she is dumping mercury. Why is this? Thank you, Margaret
