Guest guest
It sounds to me like the dose of DMPS is too high for the child. I would cut the dose in half, continue with Andy's protocol. Guest guest
Dear , What dose are you doing? How are you supporting his liver? How are his mineral levels? Is anything he's eating that could cause allergy (dry skin?) These are some of the questions I can think of. For our son the dose of TD-DMPS according to Buttar was too much and he could not tolerate, period. When we tried the full dose, we ended up with liver stress (and thus, awake from 3.oo am on). Would it be OK to lower the dose and see if he tolerates it better? Hope that things get better. -- > > > > Sam has been on td-dmps for almost a year this June. Guest guest
-Sam is taking 12 drops every 8 hours for three days then off for four. The original doseage from buttar was 44 drops every other day. -- In , " Park " <nospam@...> wrote: > > Dear , > > What dose are you doing? How are you supporting his liver? Guest guest
This time period makes me wonder if some vitamin or mineral has been depleted. Also, I agree that the dose may be too high. Some adults have said that adding ALA has helped them feel better when chelating. I have no personal experience with this. I suggest stopping the DMPS for a week and having a look at your supps. All of this sounds like yeast overgrowth to me. Sometimes yeast overgrowth, especially yeast in the head, does not show up on tests http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm You might also need to reduce the dose of chelator. Guest guest
Is he getting enough for minerals? It's normal to be crappy on the third-fourth day. What about your yeast protocol? Guest guest
I had their test and it did not show yeast, but my ND says these tests are not always accurate. Based on symptoms, I'd say I'm certainly killing off *something* using enzymes and GSE. I think these tests are sort of like hair tests - sometimes the toxicity doesn't show up, but you have to do a trial of chelation, or in this case anti-fungals, to verify whether there is anything to get rid of. -- > > > > > > Sam has been on td-dmps for almost a year this June.
