Guest guest
Two days ago we have completed high dose vitamin A protocol. No significant changes so far. But child started to pass a lot of gas and it very foul-smelling. Do is it mean anything? Should we repeat this protocol again? How soon? Please advise. Sincerely, Marina __________________________________________________

It is possible he has a yeast overgrowth issue, so you can increase your yeast protocol and see if that helps. Viral " die off " does tend to increase yeast, altho I did not notice yeast with the high dose vitamin A protocol for my son. How much and what type of vitamin A did you give? What are the issues that you were hoping would change? Dana
Guest guest
> > I gave total of 700,000 iu during two days period (300,000 + 400,000). I used liquid vitamin A. After this dosage I used 10,000 iu vitamin during a day. Child is 4 years old and weight 35 pounds. This protocol is the recommended one for children under 35 pounds. >>My goal was to increase her expressive language. She can easily read and follow almost any intruction. But she still delayed in expressive language. My son needed a LOT more than just the high dose vitamin A protocol, to increase his expressive language http://www.danasview.net/issues.htm >>How soon we need to repeat this protocol? It is recommended to not do it more often than every 6 months. For my son however, it did not work the first time, so I had to do it again at higher doses, and I re-did it after one month. >>Do I need to use a Twinlab? My info is that the TwinLab Allergy A has been discontinued, but someone else here indicates that she is still able to purchase it. Not sure, but you can look for it. You would need to use more than the regular dose tho, because it is acetate version, which has a 15% potency loss. Palmitate seems to be the most recommended version.
