Guest guest
Zinc, when we were supplementing zinc at higher levels we got hair, although not black on her legs. Particularly zinc monomethione or OptiZinc can do this. I think dr Jmc has said it. Zinc can raise testosterone levels. A classic..... cure one problem, get another that we have so frequently run into. We quit using Optizinc and lowered the dosage, and this went away. [ ] 3 year old with back hair !?! My preschool aged son has developed dark hair on his back and his legs during the past 2 months. He isn't showing other signs of precocious puberty. I thought maybe the taurine we were using was causing the hair because taurine is being studied as a hair-growth supplement. But I stopped the taurine 2 weeks ago and the hair is worse than before. Any ideas about where this might be coming from? A supplement? Metals? His hair test is on Wednesday. Thanks, Leigh anne
Guest guest
Thank you , I think you are probably right. I have been giving my son lots of zinc as per Dr. JMc's book. He weighs 30lbs and I have been giving him 20 to 30mg daily of the Biomax zinc from Kirkman. I will lower the dosage. Thanks again, Leigh Anne > > Zinc, when we were supplementing zinc at higher levels we got hair, although not black on her legs. Particularly zinc monomethione or OptiZinc can do this.
