I started on 3.0, stayed there for 300 days, tried 4.5 for 38 days, didn't like the subtle differences and went back to 3.0 about 6 months later tried 4.5 again, after 12 days noticing the same as last time, I dropped back to 3.0 ever since Good luck in however you do it. [low dose naltrexone] Re: Titration help I believe it was Skip Lenz who came up with this formula to increase gradually.
