,

Are you getting enough magnesium? For me, if I don't take my magnesium

my limbs get stiff.

Dear ,

I can't sit for hours without moving, and I don't have MS.

At the computer I squirm quite a bit, sit in different postures,

get up and tend to my cats and or do a few exercises at least

every hour or so.
