I don't think it matters. Just find a liquid with as many different strains

as you can.

It isn't very expensive, like $8, and I got mine at Whole Foods. What I

found was

that my stomach started to make regular gurgling sounds, like something was

happening digestion-wise, as opposed to pre-probiotics when the food would

just sit there.

I feel as though my food just sits there as well. THat is a good way to

describe it. I live 2 miles from a whole foods and would like to try the

product you have. Do you mind emailing me the brand name, if not, I

understand.

Hi , I am not trying to keep it a secret. I threw the bottle away a

couple

of days ago. As I recall, Whole Foods only has a few liquid brands. The one

I

got was stawberry/honey or something like that. I think if you just go look

at

what they have, you will find it. It is about $8-9 and comes in a couple of

different flavors. I think my gut is finally back to normal, so I am going

to try

to stop the probiotics and see if the whey alone works. Keep me updated on

your progress. Once I got the stomach/gut working right, things got a lot

better

for me, and hopefully they will for you too.

Hi Mike, I went today and I think I found the one you are talking about. The

only reason I think I might be wrong is because it only has acidolphilus

strains and not many of them. Is this the one you were talking about? Well,

maybe it has one other type of strain but it didn't have tons of strains.

Let me know. I bought it anyway and I am starting on it tomorrow in hopes of

no more constipation.

Have you tried opening the capsule and putting it on/mixing it in

food? Or even adding it to a drink?

My son won't swallow pills either so I break open the capsule and

mix it with a eye dropper full of water and give it to him that way.

He won't drink it in juice so i just have to give it to him by the

dropper.

We use a powder that we mix into juice for my kid who can't swallow

pills. It is made by Nature's way, pedophilus I think. It is not

dairy free though, but you might be able to find one somewhere that

is.

There are also chewable acidophilus tablets that are flavored for

kids.

Just remember: if you put htem in a drink with tap water, tap water is set

to kill stuff like probiotics! I wasted a lot of probiotics before I found

out about this. I assume the answer is pure juice or filtered water.

We get spring water from wal mart but i'm not convinced that there

is not flouride in it for some reason. I wonder if distilled water

might be better to use with the probiotics. I don't want to waste my

son's either.
