Orca will avoid parents of kids with autism like the plague like she

has done for years....

I've heard this--if it's true it's quite odd. I wonder why?

She needs one of her psychs she has on to find out, I guess. It seems so

inconsistent with everything else she does do.

I'll bet that if it happens to a staffer or someone she knows, she will

finally get it. I hope so.

Thank you for the link. (below) It's a good idea for as many of us as

possible to respond to this opportunity. This is what I wrote:

My most pressing concern as a mother right now is my struggle over the last

3 years trying to get my falsely convicted autistic son out of prison. His

arrest was directly caused by his disabilities associated with autism, which he

got from vaccinations. is 25. He is desperately ill, sentenced to 14 to

28 years in prison. He is unable to receive the appropriate medical care for

his biological issues, which are life-threatening. He is being forced to

take a psych med (which is contra-indicated for his condition) which causes

heart attack, diabetes, brain tumors, hormone imbalances, and death. I am

searching for the right attorney who will bring out the scientific evidence

that

will prove that is honestly innocent. When this happens it will set a

precedent for other falsely convicted autistic people who are being punished

for

having a biological disorder and are being denied the medical care needed to

heal them. Some day the issue of vaccinations and autism will be out in the

open and the shit will hit the fan. Vaccines have caused an epidemic of 1.7

million diagnosed cases of autism. Nearly every case of " Shaken Baby Syndrome "

is actually death by vaccine injury. Innocent parents are being falsely

convicted and imprisoned. This is CRIMINAL. The real criminals: the members of

the

FDA, CDC, AMA, and pharmaceutical CEO's should be imprisoned. Oprah, you

have exposed a lot of important issues. What prevents you from exposing this? I

wish you would address it.

Do you have any idea whether this is true, or are you just guessing?

Obviously autism and environmental poisoning is a huge issue for me.

But I don't see that we can expect it to be *everyone's issue. IMO

Oprah gets to decide what to put her energy and influence into,

although of course we should do our best to keep her up to date in

case she changes her mind.

The government, OTOH, has a responsibility to keep people from harm

and it's failing miserably. *That's the place to put pressure. IMO.

It does say what is it like to be a mom these days. I didn't see

ANYTHING that indicates having a child with autism. So I am a

little confused, are you thinking that if the moms of autistic

children ban together and barage her with emails, she will do a show

on it?

I have to agree, O is a business a VERY BIG business and she

wouldn't do a thing to taint her good name, image or profits!

Well I don't have any documentation officially stating Oprah has

rejected discussing the Autism controversy issue. But when my son

was diagnosed in 1995 and my wife and I started to dig into all this

it was mentioned at support groups several times that she was

avoiding this topic. Fast forward to 2006 where the autism rate is

at epidemic proportions and she still hasn't discussed it I think it

is a pretty good guess. I do think she does have a personal

conflict of interest with this. That IS just a guess.

Absolutely, it is her show and she can pick the topics she wants

that will keep her ratings high and sponsers happy.
