Are you referring to Global Light Magnesium Oil? If so, how exactly

is it used? We already take an epsom salt bath every night. Could

this be combined with the epsom salt bath?

Also, what do you mean by " You cannot take magnesium for chance in

any protocol and if you do it makes a mess out of everything. " ?
