Chrisie, me too. Although my situation is far different from yours in some ways, in others it is the same, at least in that money has been and is a major problem and stressing about it has made me sick. I knew stress made us ill, but not until I found LDN and learned that our endorphins decrease with stress, and that this decrease signals the central nervous system to weaken our immune systems did I know any science behind it. It's almost as if our body is saying to our spirit, "You don't like it here on earth? Okay, I'll help you check out." My husband and I have been taking LDN for about 6 weeks now. Nothing has changed in our external circumstances, yet some things are changing for me in that I am starting to be able to take care of myself better in general and in this relationship. I definitely have learned that under stress I do not think as well as when I can allow myself to ignore my circumstances and feel good feelings. Here is a story that made me feel good reading it. It describes one possible life perspective. Certainly one can pick holes in it; OTOH, it also certainly has its points and in places made me laugh. It's called, The Party Story. http://www.thepartystory.com/read.htm Hang in there and enjoy where you can, Jo Chrisie Lim wrote: Hey again Beach, You asked... I was surprised, Chrisie, ... ... .....
