I looked at www.onibasu.com but couldn't find any comments Andy had made about

the glucotize.

You would be on your way to stomach problems if you took ALA orally

every 26 minutes 'round the clock for 2.6 days or more.

I cannot find anything that talks about the half life of DHLA and

Andy's comments about the sustained release don't address the

original question. I looked in both his books and cannot find the

answers either. Couldn't find anything in the archives as evidence.

When you google " half-life ALA " you always find the same thing.

About 30 minutes.

Can someone clarify this?

Is Andy around?

This is making me crazy.

I guess the DLHA answer satisfied me (if it's true which I have to go

on faith). The interesting thing that Andy brought out was that the

ALA profiles were the same whether sustained release or not. That

would seem to imply that the sustained release is not sustained as

advertised.
