I think with any service offered here, it's all Medicaid related. So

if you don't have Medicaid and aren't rich to pay privately, it'd be

difficult to get services - unless your child is greatly affected by

autism, then perhaps they could get on a Medicaid Waiver program

(child gets Medicaid), though I know funding availability affects that

(Waiver program) so usually a waiting list for it.

I believe all states have Medicaid Waiver programs (more than one

program, depends on what the Waiver is targeted for as to

services/eligibility). One here in NC targets those with mental

retardation and/or a developmental disability, which autism usually

falls under the DD one. There's another Waiver progam for disabled

adults, one for medically involved children...for examples.
