Anyway, one of the main points with a student is are they doing so well *due to* the current services they are getting. Are those services (or supports) special ed services (which fall under an IEP) or are they supports that will still remain with a 504 Plan. If she has goals that you feel she needs to work towards (my son didn't) then, as you stated, she needs an IEP. I would, again, try to point out why she needs those goals for school/educational purposes. What are some of the goals they say she no longer needs? You could put it all in writing in a letter to the school. Gotta go, I'm at work! > > Thanks for your help. I missed this before I left, but I did use this in the meeing. The meeting was a nightmare to me. I was in the meeting from 2:50 to almost 5pm. They explained that they do not have to address the IEP goals that were not met because they want to move forward on the 504.
