Hello, new member

My name is Kirk Elliott and I am a new member here. I am a Nationally

Registered Paramedic, a medic in the National Guard and a Nursing

student through Excelsior college. I am planning on working

overseas/offshore when I retire from the Guard. I am looking forward

to making contacts with my " Brothers " in the field and learn more

about the business and remote medicine in general.

You sound like a lot of us, myself included... I'm Helen from Ohio... Yayyyyyy for losing the 52 pounds :o) I have lost 61 pounds this last year :o) Have 25 more to go then I will be happy :o) Doc says only 15 more ;o(

Glad that your surgery went well :o) Glad that you can do the exercises with your fibro, they just make me worse... :o( I will put my list on again here in a few emails to update the new folks of my few ailments...

how did you lose the weight with not exercising ??? me I love to lose any weight I can I to big way to big and I am sure it help me self esteem if I was to lose some I barley eat now as it is I been thinking of quitting eating for like a week at a time and just drinking and seeing if that help me lose the pounds but I think I just lose muscle mass and that is not good any tips would be help full if you got any take care of your self's

Yes, I would love a list of abbreviations too! I've been on here a while and

I've just been guessing what they were.

Thanks for clearing that up. I was reading many posts wrong because I thought DH

was diagnosed husband, and DS was dignosed son. I didn't see what DS really was

though. Can someone clear that one up?
