Guest guest
This is my first post, so I apologize if this has been asked previously. I have 3 kids: son (15), daughter (11), and other son (6½). It's my youngest son who has adhd and AS. We would all LOVE to homeschool next fall, but do AS kids do alright schooling at home, in anyone's experience? He is having difficulty in a " regular " classroom setup. I think the more individualized attention he'd get at home, plus my ability to incorporate his " obsessive interest of the month " (this month it's the root-canal procedure, haha!) into his lessons would be more enjoyable for him. BTW, we have several years' experience homeschooling under our belts--we just had to stop for a few years while we were going through the initial difficulty of having Wade properly diagnosed. :-) Liz
