Guest guest
I need some education...What is the diferance between an advocate and a lawyer? I need to hire one or the other but am unsure which one. 1. Why are some lawyers listed as advocates? 2. Do you have to a lawyer to be an advocate? 3. What does it take to becaome an advocate? (cause for the fees they charge it should be law school) 4. What is the benifit to a lawyer over an advocate? I am really confused about the whole thing. I need to hire one or the other to go with me to an IEP and fight the district cause I'm sure they will not give me what I think CC needs. Can anyone recommend one or the other (names and numbers please)Any one currently working with one against LAUSD? Thanks for the help Crystal
